LUTSEL'KE, Northwest Territories — October 13, 2006 — Canadian Environment Minister Rona Ambrose traveled to the remote Northwest Territories of Canada today, deep into the Canadian Boreal Forest, to sign a landmark agreement with the Lutsel K'e Dene First Nation outlining steps to establish a new 8 million acre National Park surrounding the East Arm of Great Slave Lake.
