We were heartened last week to see leaders of Canada’s provincial and territorial governments meet in Quebec City to seek real solutions to the runaway problem of carbon pollution. The governments of Ontario and Quebec, in particular, are advancing, with courage and integrity, solid policies that address the problem of industrial carbon pollution. We applaud them for these efforts.
