The first Boreal Songbird Initiative screen saver has been created in partnership with noted nature photographer Mary Kay Rubey. It is a stunning computer screen saver featuring birds of the Boreal. Share your love of these species with your friends and family while enhancing your computer with this screen saver.
To conserve energy, we encourage you to set your monitor to power down if left on for long periods.
Download procedures may vary slightly, depending on your computer settings.
To begin a download, select the appropriate screen saver link for your computer.
Note: The download can take a few minutes, depending on your connection speed.
If prompted, save the download to a familiar place, such as your desktop.
Note: Some computers will automatically save the download to a pre-set folder.
Windows Users Once the download is complete, select Open, which will extract the screen saver installer (.exe) file.
Mac Users Locate and double-click on the saved download file. This will extract the screen saver installer file. This installer file is saved in the same location as the download file.
Note: Some computers will automatically decompress the download, depending on your settings.
Windows and Mac Users – Double-click on the installer file, then select Install, which will initiate an auto-install process.
